Ursa Major Awards changes

Dear Everyone;

The Anthropomorphic Literature and Arts Association, which administers the
annual Ursa Major Awards and the Recommended Anthropomorphic Reading List, has
made two changes in them.

First, an 11th award category, Recommended/Best Website, for any website that
does not fall into other categories, has been added. This takes web sites out
of the non-award Miscellany category.  The websites "ActFur On Air", "Artists
Beware", "The Belfry WebComics Index", "Matrices.net Costuming", "WikiFur", and
"Xana Creations Furcast" are already recommended.

Second, "Flayrah" has been moved from the Website to the Magazine category. 
GreenReaper, "Flayrah"'s editor, has argued convincingly that "Flayrah" meets
the definition of a news magazine like "Time", in a website format, as "Anthro"
(which was considered a Magazine) was a literary magazine in a website format. 
"Flayrah" has edited and dated posts of news, articles, opinion, reviews, short
films, and comments from readers.  "Flayrah" archives its past postings, and
can be searched by subject on its search engine.  "Flayrah" is now listed as a
Magazine on the latest update of the Recommended List.

People on the Discussion List who apparently aren't interested any more.

And who, given how little traffic there IS in here, probably had forgotten that
they were on it until the Girl Genius post appeared.
